Main features
The rotary limit switch is a device which allows you to control the movement of industrial and building machines.
The shaft is connected to the motor, so that, after a precise number of turns, the cams cause the intervention of the internal contacts.
The innovative and thorough regulation of the cams allows you to set the microswitches working point linearly and micrometrically.
FRM limit switch is equipped with 3 internal rotation axes, whose ratios for each exit can be different.
A forth rotation axis is available for the application of a speed reader. Ratios range from 1:1 up to 1:900, and the application of encoders, potentiometers or some other sensors in addition to the group of microswitches, realizes in the same device an analogic or digital output, which can be properly read.
Contacts are positive-opening (EN 60947-5-1), which improves the worker’s safe.
The series ranges several accessories, such as cog wheels, male shafts, flexible shafts, flanges, internal connections plates.
Ravioli is focusing its activity on products in the respect of people, following the standards which are defined in its Code of Ethic Behaviour. Such products have been studied in order to improve the workers’ safety, and they do not contain any substances which is harmful for the environment.

Driver rotary limit switch FRS is a device with IP65 protection degree which allows you to control the movement of industrial and building machines. The shaft is connected to the motor, so that, after a certain number of turns, the cams make the switches work, and then they can carry out their pre-set manoeuvre. The easy and thorough regulation of the cams allows you to set the rapid trip microswitches working point linearly and micrometrically. The choice of different cam profiles allows you to modify the limit switches function diagram.

The rotary limit switch is a device which allows you to control the movement of industrial and building machines. The shaft is connected to the motor, so that, after a certain number of turns, the cams make the switches work, and then they can carry out their pre-set manoeuvre. The range of FCN rotary limit switches has been planned with a particular internal symmetry that allows you to have a series of 5 microswitches (on-off exits) as well as some other linear exits, and a potentiometer in the same box. The innovative and thorough regulation of the cams allows you to set the microswitches working point linearly and micrometrically. Reduction ratios range turns out to be remarkably large, since microswitches can be fitted with guaranteed opening (EN 60947-5-1) as well as deviation or progressive double opening contacts. The choice of different cam profiles allows you to modify the limit switches function diagram.

The worm drive limit switches FCR are particulary suitable for controlling the stops of the lifting electric circuits on building cranes and bridge cranes.
The range includes, among the others, the limit switches equipped with up to 4 microswitches and respective adjustable cams, profile type 1 (standard - white coloured).
On request two other types of cams are available: the profile type 2 (grey coloured) or type 3 (red coloured). They are essential in any particular case to modify the operation chart.
The worm drive limit switches are furthermore supplied in two different versions: either with slow guaranteed opening switches (CEI 17.12 chapter 492) or with changeover quick break switches.
The outer casing is made of termoplastic material with high mechanical and temperature variation resistance.
