ARCHIMEDE vertically and suspended installed on the maximum liquid level point, thanks to his working action, can control sewer waters containing residues of suspended agglomerations by means the electronic circuit that foresees a pump timed action.
The working of the pump is adjustable in relation to the tank volume and the pump performances.

USE

The submerged float switches mode LITTLE MERCURY/MC and LITTLE MERCURY/HG
consist of:
• A single outer piece in blowmoulded Polyethylene.
• Internal weight fixing the rotation centre (gravity centre) close to the cable connection.
The float switches are filled with closed cell nonhygroscopic expanded polyurethane, eliminating all air, sealing the unit and completely surrounding the electric control switch against water and condensation.

The submerged float switch model MERCURY/HG consists of:
• A single outer piece in blowmoulded Polyethylene.
• Internal weight fixing the rotation centre (gravity centre) close to the cable connection.
• Mercury bulb change over 10A 250V a.c. with pressurized in inert gas mercury drops.
The electrical contacts of the bulb are sensitive to commutation caused by minimal varations in level.

The level regulator is EX homologated according to ATEX normative for uses in potentially explosive environment due to the presence of gas, vapours or fogs, correspondent to the following parametres:

The submerged float switch model LITTLE EX consists of :

• Electric contact commutator max 21,4 mA – 9,6 V. self cleaning contacts with high distance between the contacts.
• Special blue cable for the immersion in hidrocarbons
The float switch is injection filled with closed cell nonhygroscopic expanded polyurethane, eliminating all air sealing the unit and completely surrounding the electric control switch.
Note
The regulator has to be connected to an intrinsic safety power circuit.
