TWIN JOLLY 25 is a super-silent automatic electric pump group designed to boost the water flow rate to a shower head and other outlets.
TWIN JOLLY 25 provides the following functions completely independently: starting, stopping and dry run protection, in gravity fed systems with header tank or in pressure tank system, including centralised condominium supplies.
The water-cooled motor assures silent running of the pump so it can be installed easily anywhere in the home or in a roof space.
TWIN JOLLY 25 can be installed in line with the main water supply pipe for each apartment to boost water flow rate and pressure without having to alter the main condominium system.
TWIN JOLLY 25 is extremely straightforward.
- When a shower or tap is turned on, as soon as the water flow in the pipe exceedes 3 l/min it is diverted by the unit’s internal flow control valve, causing the motor start. The resulting increased flow is supplied constantly until the tap is turned off.
- When a tap is turned off, the interruption of the water flow causes the motor to stop immediately. This prevents potentially harmful pressure rises in the water circuit.
The same principle assures dry run protection of the pump which stops immediately in the absence of water.

Electronic device against dry running for electro pumps direct control up 2 Hp.
New HYDROMATIC 2Hp maintains a constant flow managing the electrical pump thanks to the inner sensor and starting up adjustable pressure switch. The water movement or the pressure decreasing (down the 1,5 factory adjustable value) starts the motor pump.
Thanks to the distance between Hydraulic part and electronic box NEW HYDROMATIC 2HP is immune to the formation of water condensation due to the different temperature between the inner electronic box ambient and fluid.
RE-START MATIC & HYDROMARINE

The pressure and flow control HYDROMATIC may be equipped with two new electronic boards:
RE-START MATIC, complete with an integrated microprocessor that after a dry running, foresees up to 9 automatic re-starting attempt, the last one after 24 hours.
HYDROMARINE, thanks to it's multi-power supply 12/24 V d.c., may be installed on boats for the direct control of d.c. motors or coils
INVERTER, power supply single phase 250V a.c. for direct control ofthree phase pumps 250V a.c. to 7A. REV CONTROL/T is completed with an ON/OFF output for the auxiliary pump. Thanks to the inner sensor REV CONTROL/T maintains a constant pressure and flow to the user managing the motor rpm. REV CONTROL/T checks the dry running and the overload (pump over 1,5 Kw power) signalling through a red led. For making the installation easier, REV CONTROL/T is equipped of n° 2 hydraulic exit 1” 1/4 thread, left and right position over a connection for an eventual pressure tank. The software foresees a series of the automatic restarting in case of dry running protection)

Intellitank
INTELLITANK is an electronic autoclave, which eliminates the electric pump frequent start-up in presence of leaks or short takings of water.
The internal reserve combined to the electronic allows the complete automatic management of the electric pump.
The working is very easy. Before to let the electric pump to restore the pressure or to serve an use,
INTELLITANK waits for the complete emptying till to reach the adjustable start-up pressure set to 1,5 BAR. At the pump-starting,
INTELLITANK controls the water request assuring a constant flow and guaranteeing the protection of the PUMP against the dry running.
INTELLITANK simplifies the installation as gives a solid bearing surface to the electric pump saving space and time of assembling.
Contrary to traditional plant, INTELLITANK manages the correct pump working even in case the membrane is damaged.

FLOW PUMP has been thought for direct command of electric pump or circulator destined to increase the flow or pressure in hydraulic plants provided of accumulation, that for the correct working of the device, it is necessary to be housed above the uses.
FLOW PUMP is able to control the start-up and the switching off of the motor in correspondence of water requirement, assuring constant flow at the using over the dry running control.
When the tap is open, the water flow over 3 l/min, or 0,6l/min depending on the model, causes the FLOW PUMP internal valve movement and the subsequence command of the motor start-up or the switching off in case the flow ceases for the closing of the tap or for missing recover inside the accumulation tank (dry running control).
FLOW PUMP is provided of an input and an output of 1 threaded male for the installation in vertical in series to the liquid conduction piping, with the possibility of 360° positioning respect to the flow switch axis.
Thanks to the high load of the electric contact, FLOW PUMP can control directly motors up to 1Kw 10(4)A 250V a.c.
